With 120 built-in stitches — including seven one-step buttonholes and a full alphabet — and a top speed of 820 stitches per minute, the S3 AE handles everything from basic garment construction to decorative stitching and quilting with equal confidence. The backlit LCD touchscreen keeps navigation clean and simple regardless of the project.
For quilters especially, the specs matter: Janome's Superior Feed System Plus uses a 7-piece feed dog to move even thick, multi-layer projects smoothly under the needle.
