If you have any problems with any of the items you purchase from us, you can contact us for help! We have a large and capable staff that provides fixes and troubleshooting to many of the problems that customers experience on new sewing machines. We also have a team of technicians to repair any problems that occur under warranty.
Returns Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Products must be repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear. Any item that is not returned in its original packaging and intact will not be qualified for a refund.
- Household items are not to be used for commercial applications. This voids any factory warranty and is not covered under our 30 day return policy.
Customers outside the United States
- Taxes, duties, shipping and any fees apply. No exceptions. Any order shipped outside the United States is subject to these fees.
- Any order returned will have these fees taken out of your refund as these are non-refundable.
- All electrical items are wired for 110-120 voltage.
- Janome items cannot be shipped outside the United States.
