Goal is to handle and ship orders same day when received by 3PM central time Monday thru Friday. 

Goal is for all orders will be update with a tracking number on the same day as order.

For less expensive items (<$300), we use USPS Ground which is 3-5 business days and does experience delays around 5% of the time.

For more expensive items (>$300) we use UPS, Fedex, and USPS Priority which are rarely delayed (<2%).  Here is the UPS expected wait map:

Sales tax is only charged on purchases being shipped to Missouri and Illinois, as we have physical locations in each state.  Email us if you have a tax exemption.
